My Approach
I'll lay my cards on the table: I love math. I study it in my free time. But I know that for most students, trying to keep up with the curriculum and the barrage of tests is its own job, making it difficult to find and enjoy the inherent interest of the subject. My aim is to guide you to mastery of your course material in the most painless — maybe even (gasp) fun — way possible. My approach is client-centered; according to your goals and needs, I will:
- Review assignments and practice tests with you
- Provide exercises in topics that need extra practice
- Teach free-form and provide notes on any topic
- Call your attention to the beautiful parts of the subject — the increased interest will supercharge your motivation and effectiveness at studying!
